Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Certain items (such as intimate goods, custom items, or sale products) may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@bymayaandhenry.com with photos and your order number.

Shipping Costs
