User Data Deletion Instructions

Maya and Henry respects your privacy and allows you to request the deletion of data associated with integrations involving Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta services.

How to Request Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of your data using either option below.

Option 1 — Remove Access Through Meta

  1. Open your Facebook account settings.

  2. Go to Settings & Privacy.

  3. Select Apps and Websites or Business Integrations.

  4. Find the Maya and Henry application.

  5. Select the option to remove the application and revoke its access.

  6. If available, select the option to delete data previously shared with the application.

Once the integration is removed, the application will no longer be able to access new data from your account through the Meta platform.

Option 2 — Contact Maya and Henry

Send an email to support@bymayaandhenry.com with the subject:

Data Deletion Request — Meta Integration

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address associated with your account

  • The name or username of the relevant Instagram account or Facebook Page

  • A brief confirmation that you want the data associated with the Meta integration to be deleted

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, access tokens, or payment information.

Data That May Be Deleted

Depending on how the integration was used, the deletion request may include:

  • Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Business identifiers

  • Basic information from authorized profiles and Pages

  • Advertising account identifiers

  • Access tokens and authorizations

  • Records of content published through the integration

  • Comments and replies processed by the application

  • Campaign data and performance metrics accessed through the integration

  • Preferences and settings associated with the application

Deleting data stored by Maya and Henry does not automatically delete posts, comments, campaigns, or other content stored directly on Facebook or Instagram. Such content may also need to be deleted directly through the respective Meta platforms.

Processing Time

After receiving and validating your request, Maya and Henry will delete or anonymize the applicable data within 30 days, except where temporary retention is necessary for:

  • Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations

  • Fraud prevention and security investigations

  • The establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims

  • Technical records that do not directly identify the individual

When applicable, we will send a confirmation after completing your request.

Revoking Authorization

Deleting your data will also end the authorization granted to the application. If you wish to use the integration again, you will need to complete a new authorization through the relevant Meta platform.

Request Verification

To protect your information from unauthorized deletion requests, Maya and Henry may request additional information strictly necessary to verify your identity or your relationship with the specified account.
